Returns & Refunds

1. Return Window You have [30] days from the date of delivery to return an item.

2. Condition To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

3. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale/Clearance items

  • Gift cards

4. Process & Refunds To start a return, email us at safestorehub@gmail.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within [5–7] business days.

5. Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
